CPLC Citizens-Police Liaison Committee
CPLC, AVCC and Police conducted a joint operation in the early hours of March 25th 2016 at Ibrahim Hyderi Karachi which resulted in safe recovery of all 3 hostages who were earlier kidnapped from DHA Karachi.
A case was registered at AVCC vide FIR no. 7/2016.
Father, Mother and their innocent daughter were kidnapped on March 22nd 2016 from Defence Housing Authority and ransom call for 25 Million was received from the kidnappers.
A joint team comprising CPLC, AVCC and Police reached the hideout and after heavy exchange of fire between Law Enforcement Agencies and kidnappers, whole gang of 3 notorious Kidnappers got killed whereas all 3 innocent kidnapped hostages belonging to the same family got released and safely evacuated from Ayaz Goth Ibrahim Hyderi Area Karachi. Heavy Arms and ammunition were also recovered from the hideout.
The Inspector General of Police Sindh Mr. A.D. Khwaja highly appreciated the efforts of the operating team which resulted in safe recovery of all innocent hostages without any payment of ransom amount.
