DG Rangers today made a Surprise visit to witness the working, utility and functionality of CPLC’s upgraded 24/7 Call Centre at CPLC Central Reporting Cell situated at Sindh Governor House.
The Director General Rangers was briefed by Chief CPLC Sindh about the extensive use of upgraded software and hardware for answering more than 3,500 calls per day.
The Director General Rangers showed pleasure at launch of CPLC Call Centre short code 1102 accessible from all over Pakistan and from all cellular company numbers.
He was briefed that CPLC Call Centre
handles calls related to emergencies, inquiries, problem solving and case handling besides related to problems faced by citizens across the country and particularly from Sindh.
